ich suche eine Untermieter*In für mein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung vom 2. Mai 2019 bis Mitte oder Ende September 2019. Ich bin dienstlich unterwegs und vermiete daher mein möbiliertes Zimmer.
Deine Mitbewohnerin Anna ist Stewardess & die perfekte Mitbewohnerin - lustig, entspannt und ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist generell perfekt für Berufstätige, Pendler, Studenten oder die gerne ab und an ihre Ruhe haben wollen;-).
Das Zimmer ist etwa 23qm groß mit einem kleinen Erker und Fenster. Kleines Bad mit Dusche, Küchennische und Flur. Die Miete beträgt 400€ inkl. aller Nebenkosten. Kaution 300€.
Mainzer-Neustadt sagt alles: Einkaufsmgl., Bars, Clubs, jeglicher Trödel - direkt um die Ecke. Direkt am Frauenlob-Platz. Rewe ist fünf Minuten entfernt.
