Der Zimmerpreis von 310 EUR beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten und Internet. Die Abschlagszahlung von 110€ ist für Kücheneinrichtung und eine relativ neue Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 4. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der Mainzer Neustadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nachbarschaft und zur Haltestelle ist es 1 Minute. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten und in die Altstadt mit dem Bus ca. 10 Minuten. Also eine top Lage :)
