Ich suche, ab dem 1.September 2018 einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in der Mombacherstraße 39-41. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Zur WG gehören auch noch ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, eine Abstellkammer, ein Kellerraum und eine Essküche.
Die WG ist sehr zentral Gelegen, mit einer schönen Sicht auf die Mainzer Altstadt. Von der WG aus, ist der Mainzer Hauptbahnhof nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch alle bekannten Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Aldi, Rewe und Edeka) sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Die Johannes Gutenberg Universität ist zu Fuß problemlos in zwanzig Minuten erreichen oder mit der Straßenbahn in zwei Minuten.
