Das Zimmer ist groß und hell. Es ist fast schon eine Wohnung in einer WG, da es über ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche und ein kleines Arbeitszimmer verfügt. Es hat einen großen Balkon und ist sehr hell, da die Fenster nach Süden ausgerichtet sind.
Unmittelbare Uni nähe und guter Anschluss in die Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
In der WG wohnen Sofija, Rebecca, Justine und Konrad. Alle vier sind ca. im sechsten Semester und studieren an Uni und Hochschule. Als WG grillen wir manchmal im Garten, trinken abends einen Wein oder spielen Brettspiele. Wenn man seine Ruhe braucht, kann man sich zurückziehen. An den Putzdienst sollte man sich halten.
Das Zimmer liegt in einem WG-Haus. Eine große Küche und ein großer Garten bieten einen hohen Lebensstandard. Es gibt mehrere Autoparkplätze und ausreichend Stauraum im Keller, Garage oder Dachboden.
