I'm leaving the flat, that's why looking for a FEMALE/MALE subtenant . The room is available for 6 months, from 1st October 2020 to 31st March 2021 and later on, you can extend the contract directly from the dormitory office, if you want.
The apartment is fully furnished, modern, and practical. A kitchen with stove, sink, and refrigerator as well as a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet complete the furnishing.
All apartments have an internet connection with a 24-hour flat rate (costs included in the rental price) as well as a separate telephone connection (costs not included in the rental price). All apartments also have a TV connection. You need a DVB-C capable device for the reception.

It's a 3 person shares apartment. At present, living 3 girls but one of them doesn't visit her room, so, we are living only 2 girls in the apartment. Everyone is studying at Mainz University.
