Hallo liebe Zimmersuchenden :)
Ich biete mein kleines aber feines vollmöbiliertes Zimmer im Wohnheim zur Zwischenmiete. In den 180 Euro Miete pro Monat sind alle Nebenkosten erhalten. Bei Bedarf müssten fürs Internet einmalig 20 Euro gezahlt werden.
Im Zimmer ist ein Waschbecken zu finden. Duschen, Toiletten und die Küche werden mit den anderen Bewohnern des Flures geteilt. Ist aber alles super sauber. Es kommt täglich eine Putzfrau und hält alles super in Stand!! Auf Wunsch auch das Zimmer ein mal pro Woche gesäubert!
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar für Mainz!!
Parkplätze im Hof sind ausreichend vorhanden!

Der Bus ist in 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen und man braucht damit nur 8 Minuten zur Uni, 10 zum Bahnhof. Und auch zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten an der Uni.
