Hallo,
Biete mein WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete für die Monate April und Mai. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und ist daher schön hell. Die Küche welche du zusammen mit meinem Mitbewohner nutzt, ist ebenfalls schön hell aufgrund eines großen Fensters. Das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert, in der Küche ist soweit alles vorhanden was man fürs Kochen braucht. Der Balkon der Wohnung ist nur vom Zimmer meines Mitbewohners begehbar. Hier müsst ihr euch abstimmen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen, sehr gepflegten 8 Stöckigen Hochhaus. Zum größten Teil leben hier Familien und ältere Menschen.
Das Haus liegt in Hartenberg-Münchfeld. Umgeben von vielen Bäumen ist es hier sehr ruhig und angenehm zu wohnen. Zur Bushaltestelle (56/57) sind es nur etwa 2 Gehminuten. Die Bushaltestelle an der Uni und die Uni selbst können in etwa 5-10 Gehminuten erreicht werden.
Mein Mitbewohner ist oftmals unterwegs und eher selten in der WG anzutreffen. Wenn er aber da ist, ist er ein sehr angenehmer Zeitgenosse.
