The room has a big window and wooden floors. It is around 15 square meters. It also has a wooden loft-bed that is around 160cm wide. There are few drawings on the wall but I can cover these before you move in if you wish so :) You have the evening sunshine in this room.
The flat is located in Mainz, Neustadt and you can reach the bustop in 1 minute walking, or hauptbahnhof with 15 minutes walking. Lidl, Aldi and norma are within 2 minutes walking. And Goethepark is really close too :)
Your roommates will be Simon and Jan. Jan is away quite a lot but when he is around he likes to have a good time and chill. Simon is in the flat a bit more, and he likes to play records, go out, have funny chats and other shenanigans haha. We don’t have cleaning scheduals or other assigned tasks, everyone does what they can when they can :) Simon and Jan both speak German. So English/ German both ok!!
miscellaneous costs are 300€ when you move in. So please only write if this is okay. The 300€ includes a loft-bed in the room, a green sofa in the room and we have recently bought a new washing machine.
Also it would be nice if you include a picture of yourself in the text!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
