as soon as I get out of the WG, my room will be free – maybe it's just the right thing for you!
The apartment is located in the 1st OG and consists of three WG rooms, a cozy kitchen with balcony to the courtyard and a bathroom. In the kitchen there is a small dishwasher, and in the basement there is a washing machine that we use as WG together. In the courtyard you can also set off your bike safely.
The room:
Your future room is 10 square meters tall and has a window to the yard, through which plenty of daylight comes in – super bright and friendly. Through the window to the yard it is a bit quieter :).

da ich bald aus der WG ausziehe, wird mein Zimmer frei – vielleicht ist es ja genau das Richtige für dich!
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG und besteht aus drei WG-Zimmern, einer gemütlichen Küche mit Balkon zum Innenhof und einem Bad. In der Küche gibt’s eine kleine Spülmaschine, und im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine, die wir als WG gemeinsam nutzen. Im Innenhof kannst du außerdem dein Fahrrad sicher abstellen.
Das Zimmer:
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 10 qm groß und hat ein Fenster zum Hof, durch das viel Tageslicht reinkommt – super hell und freundlich. Durch das Fenster zum Hof ist es ein bisschen ruhiger :).
The location is really top! The train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and we live in a parallel road to Boppstraße – so super close to the beautiful cafés and the life in the new city. In the area you will find everything you need: supermarkets, ice cream parlors, copyshops, bars, restaurants – everything is easily accessible.
Die Lage ist wirklich top! Der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und wir wohnen in einer Parallelstraße zur Boppstraße – also super nah an den schönen Cafés und dem Leben in der Neustadt. In der Umgebung findest du alles, was man so braucht: Supermärkte, Eisdielen, Copyshops, Bars, Restaurants – alles schnell erreichbar.
We are relaxed in the WG. Whether a glass of wine together in the kitchen or time for itself – both have room here.
Currently Max (30) and Jakob (23) live here:
Max has completed his studies in pedagogy and has just gained experience in various areas – from theatre work with children to work at P&C. He is looking for his way in pedagogy, but loves to celebrate and is always for cozy kitchen talks to have.
Jakob studies journalism and AVP in the 7th semester. In addition to studying, he works as a freelance journalist, among others for the Y-collective. You can also meet him behind the bar in Andau or at convertible. In his spare time he likes to go with friends, like to celebrate – especially in summer at festivals.
Bei uns in der WG geht’s entspannt zu. Ob ein Glas Wein zusammen in der Küche oder mal Zeit für sich – beides hat hier Platz.
Aktuell wohnen Max (30) und Jakob (23) hier:
Max hat sein Pädagogikstudium abgeschlossen und sammelt gerade Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Bereichen – von Theaterarbeit mit Kindern bis zur Arbeit bei P&C. Er ist auf der Suche nach seinem Weg in der Pädagogik, liebt es aber auch zu feiern und ist immer für gemütliche Küchengespräche zu haben.
Jakob studiert im 7. Semester Publizistik und AVP. Neben dem Studium arbeitet er als freier Journalist, unter anderem für das Y-Kollektiv. Man trifft ihn auch mal hinter der Bar in der Andau oder bei Wandelbar. In seiner Freizeit ist er gern mit Freunden unterwegs, geht gerne feiern – vor allem im Sommer auf Festivals.
We would like to make the WG-Castings on 10 and 13 April.
I have the 01.05. as an official collection date, but move already on 12.05. from – so you could already move in theoretically from 15.04., but of course is pretty close, depending on how it best fits you :).
Die WG-Castings würden wir gerne am 10. und 13. April machen.
Ich habe den 01.05. als offizielles Einzugsdatum angegeben, ziehe aber schon am 12.05. aus – du könntest also theoretisch ab dem 15.04. schon einziehen, ist aber natürlich ziemlich knapp, also je nachdem wie es dir am besten passt :).
