Ich ziehe aus meinem WG-Zimmer in der Osteinstraße aus und möchte es so schnell wie möglich weiter vermieten!!!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m2 groß, hat superhohe Decken und einen schönen Dielenboden. Gerne können mein Bett (weiß 1,40x 2,00m) und meine Schlafcouch für wenig Geld übernommen werden.
Die WG besteht aus 7 Leuten,hauptsächlich Studenten, wir wohnen auf 2 Etagen, teilen uns 2 Bäder, eine Küche und als Highlight eine riesengroße Dachterrasse!!
Internet und Telefon kostet ca. 7 Euro im Monat. Die Miete beträgt 300 Euro, da ist alles drin, nur Telefon/Internet kommt dazu, aber auch nur wenn ihr das nutzen wollt.
