Hallo liebe zukünftige Mitbewohnerin,
das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß, hat einen Dielenboden und ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf die Straße. Die Wohnung besitzt ein Frankfurter Bad und die (eigene) Toilette befindet sich im Treppenhaus. Im 1904 erbauten Haus wohnen noch weitere WG's. Eine Besonderheit an meiner Wohnung ist dass ich einen Holzofen in meinem Zimmer habe. Im angebotenen Zimmer muss mit einem Elektroofen geheizt werden, bei Bedarf kann aber auch ein Holzofen eingebaut werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Neustadt. Die Uni kann mit dem Bus oder Rad erreicht werden in ca. 20 min. Rewe und Netto sind 3 min Fußweg entfernt. Bushaltestelle in 2 min. Die Innenstadt kann mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad in 15 min erreicht werden. Tankstelle und Fitnesscenter um die Ecke. Der schöne Rhein ist in nur 5 min zu Fuß erreicht.
Ich bin 22 Jahre alt, berufstätige Schülerin und suche eine lebensfrohe, unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin mit der man auch gerne mal was kocht und ein Gläschen Wein trinkt und die Wohnen in einer gemütlichen Altbauwohnung schätzt.
Am Sonntag 19.08.12 kann ich ab 14 Uhr eine Besichtigung anbieten.
