Ich suche einen Mitbewohner für eine 2er WG. Die Wohnung ist 70 qm groß und hat insgesamt drei Zimmer plus Küche und Bad.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit 20 qm das größte und kann von beiden Parteien genutzt werden (daher auch die Miete bei 375€).
Ich wohne in einem 17 qm Zimmer, das andere Zimmer hat 15 qm.
Die Wohnung hat außerdem noch zwei Balkone in Ost-und Westrichtung.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde 2009 neu saniert. Das Bad 2011 komplett renoviert.
Ich bin Student an der Uni Mainz und beginne bald meine Abschlussarbeit zu schreiben.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Mainzer Neustadt nähe Goethepark in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke. Zum Rhein sind es etwa 15 min, zum HbF etwa 10 min. Außerdem gibt es in der Neustadt noch diverse Kneipen, Cafes und Restaurant...eben alles was das Herz begert.
