Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin ab dem 1. Februar 2013.
Ich bin weiblich 27 und zu Zeit Azubine.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für Studenten , da man mit Bahn und Bus in 20 min an der Uni ist aber auch mit dem Fahrrad gut hinkommt.
Einkaufsmöglchkeiten (ALD, Lidl, REWE) wie auch Ärzte und Lokale sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und auch zu Fuß ist die Stadt erreichbar.
Für die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung ist sie sehr günstig, d.h. 300Euro warm!!!!
Raucher ist möglich , da ich selbst rauche, aber nur in der Küche. Dese ist ausgestattet mit allem was man in der Küche braucht! Spülmaschine inkusive :)Ebenso eine Waschmaschine die mitbenutzt werden kann.
