da ich mein Zimmer für ca. 3 Wochen nicht bewohne stelle ich es gern verzweifelten Wohnungssuchenden zur Verfügung :-)
Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete ist variabel, das angegebene Datum ist ein Richtwert. Der Mietpreis gilt für einen ganzen Monat. Preis pro Woche ist 65 Euro all inkl.
Einfach melden und vorbeischauen. Am besten abends, da ich berufstätig bin und daher tagsüber nur schwer privat erreichbar.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Nur 5min zum Bahnhof. und 10min zum Rhein. Und zu der Party-Szene ists auch nicht weit. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig und es gibt genügend Einkaufmöglichkeiten in naher Umgebung. Man kommt locker ohne Auto aus. Bei Bedarf kann mein Rad während der Zeit genutzt werden.
Wir sind eine 3er WG, derzeit 3 Mädels, da unser Männlein in Mexiko ist. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt.
Die WG hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche bietet genug Platz sowohl zum kochen als auch am Esstisch. Rauchen auf dem Balkon, der von der Küche aus zu erreichen ist.
