Hey ihr Lieben,
ich, 23, weiblich,ziehe aus meiner lieben Wohngemeinschaft aus und suche daher einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin für mein WG-Zimmer in der Mainzer Neustadt. Die drei Mädels sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und freuen sich auf euch. :). Das Zimmer ist mit Laminat ausgestattet und liegt auf der Sonnenseite und ist durch das große Fenster sehr hell. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Caffes wie die Annabatterie oder die Bagatelle sind direkt um die Ecke. Auch ein Rewe und der Lidl sind nebenan. Wer mag kann mein Billy-Regal und meinen Schreibtisch übernehmen. Das ist aber nicht verpflichtend.Wir haben ein helles Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Also, wenn ihr lust auf ein nettes unkompliziertes Zusammenleben habt meldet euch einfach bei mir. Liebe Grüße Luisa
