Hallo,
das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin wird zum 1.11 frei. Es hat ca. 16qm und einen schönen Dielenboden. Die Wohnung besteht insgesamt aus zwei Zimmern mit einer kleinen Küche/Wohnraum/Flur, sowie einem Kellerraum. Im Treppenhaus ist für jede Wohnung noch ein Stellplatz für die Waschmaschine.
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, mit der Straßenbahn und einem Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Auch gibt es einige kneipen in laufnähe. Zu Fuß sind es zum Hbf fünf Minuten und 15min in die Stadt. Mit dem Rad ist man in ca. 10 min an der Uni.
Ich selber arbeite momentan an meiner Doktorarbeit in Chemie an der Universität und bin deswegen tagsüber wenig zuhause. Ich suche keine reine Zweck-WG, muss aber auch nicht alles zusammen machen ;)
Ansonsten gehe ich sehr gerne Rad Fahren oder joggen
