Das 13 qm große Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof hin und ist daher sehr ruhig. Straßenlärm bekommt man nicht mit. Obwohl es eine Dachschräge hat, ist es sehr geräumig.
Die WG liegt in der Neustadt in der Nähe vom Goethepark. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Rhein und hat es auch nicht weit zur Frauenlobstraße;) Verkehrstechnisch sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Haltestelle Goethestraße und Bismarckplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in diesem Viertel auch reichlich. Direkt in der Nähe ist ein Norma. Aldi, Lidl und Rewe sind 5 Minuten weiter entfernt, sowie Turkische Läden und Bäckereien.
Du würdest mit zwei Mädels (Biologiestudentin,24 und Medizinstudentin,28) zusammenwohnen, die auch mal gerne etwas zusammen unternehmen, mal auf ein Bierchen in der Stadt oder gemeinsam kochen...Beide Mitbewohnerinnen sind tagsüber viel an der Uni, so dass die WG tagsüber etwas verlassen wirkt.
Je nach Wunsch könnte ein par Möbeln gelassen werden (z.B. Bett u. Schreibtisch).
Dazu sind die folgende Dinge zu verkaufen:
- Matratze (IKEA MALVIK) ist wenig benutzt und für 75 EUR zu haben (Neu 150 EUR)
- Lampen (IKEA SÖRE u. IKEA Forså) für 10 EUR je Lampe (Neu 20-30 EUR je Lampe)
- MULIG Garderobenständer + SKUBB Aufbewahrung mit 6 Fächer. 7 EUR (Neu 15 EUR)

100 EUR für Alles.
Erster möglicher Umzug ab 19 April.
