Cello spiele, wäre es
mir wichtig, dass du dich dadurch nicht gestört fühlst.
Das Zimmer ist hell und ca.15qm groß.
Die Gesamtkosten für dich betragen 267Euro warm.
Es kommen keine weiteren Kosten hinzu, außer es gibt eine Miet-oder Stromerhöhung/Nachzahlung.
Vertraglich würden wir das ganze über einen Untermietvertrag
