Zu vermieten ist ein ca. 16m² großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Zimmer, sowie der Balkon gehen zum ruhigen Innenhof hinaus, weshalb es trotz der zentralen Lage recht ruhig ist. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt vier Zimmer, von denen eins als Wohn-/Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt wird. Desweiteren ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und eine große Küche mit Spülmaschine.
In der Boppstraße gelegen, befindet sich die Wohnung im Herzen der Mainzer Neustadt. Der Mainzer Hbf ist in 5 Min. fußläufig erreichbar. Penny, Rewe, mehrere Apotheken, Ärzte, Bäcker, Restaurants und Kneipen sind direkt vor der Haustür. Die Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle Lessingstraße ist nur 1 bis 2 Min entfernt. Die Mainzer Innenstadt ist in 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Obgleich das Zimmer zum Hinterhof hinausgeht, ist natürlich zu beachten, dass in dem Wohnhaus beinahe ausschließlich studentische Wohngemeinschaften beheimatet sind, weshalb des öfteren Parties oder kleinere Zusammenkünfte gefeiert werden. Jemand, der auf absolute Ruhe aus ist, ist also fehl am Platz.
Du würdest mit zwei Studenten (24 und 29 Jahre) zusammen wohnen. Das Wg Leben ist typisch studentisch. Alles kann, nichts muss!
