Helles WG-Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon in der Mainzer Neustadt

Die Wohnung liegt hervorragend! Zum Rhein braucht man nur ein paar Minuten. Die Haltestellen Hindenburgplatz und Kaisertor sind direkt zu erreichen. Zum Bahnhof läuft man etwa 10 Minuten.
Kneipen- und Restaurantdichte ist hoch, wie man es in der Neustadt erwartet.

The apartment is in a great location! It only takes a few minutes to get to the Rhine. The stops Hindenburgplatz and Kaisertor can be reached directly. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station.
The density of bars and restaurants is high, as you would expect in the Neustadt.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Aline (arbeitet in einem Auszubildenden-Wohnheim, Studiert), Mimi (Jura Referandarin) und Flo (Tischler Meister).
Aline arbeitet in längeren Schichten, auch mal über Nacht und legt sich dann tagsüber pennen. Sie studiert nebenbei im Master, lernt Sprachen, kocht und wird (nach Corona) wieder viel reisen.
Mimi steht gerade kurz vorm 2. Staatsexamen in Jura. Sie mag Zeichnen, ihre Fische, ihre Pflanzen, Tauchen und ein gelegentlichen Drink zum entspannen.
Flo ist neben seiner Arbeit am liebsten noch mit Freunden unterwegs, fährt Fahrrad und Skateboard, spielt an seinen Fahrzeugen rum und freut sich, wenn die Dorett bar wieder öffnet.

Wir haben alle gut mit unserem Leben zu tun, freuen uns aber trotzdem über gemeinsame WG Abende oder ein Schwatz beim Kaffee/ Essen / Bier. Wir sind keine Zwecks-WG.

Wir haben ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer und zwei Balkons (Küche und Wohnzimmer). Also insgesamt 3 Balkons :-D Der Große Balkon eignet sich hervorragend zum gemeinsamen abhängen. Es gibt ein Kellerabteil und ein Fahrradkeller.


Your roommates are Aline (who works in a student dormitory, studies), Mimi (law trainee), and Flo (master carpenter).
Aline works long shifts, sometimes overnight, and then falls asleep during the day. She is also studying for her master's degree, learning languages, cooking, and traveling a lot again (after Corona).
Mimi is just about to take her second state examination in law. She likes drawing, her fish, her plants, diving, and the occasional drink to relax.
In addition to his work, Flo likes going out with friends, rides his bike and skateboard, plays around with his vehicles, and is happy when the Dorett bar opens again.

We all have a lot to do with our lives, but we still look forward to sharing flat evenings or chatting over coffee/food/beer. We are not a purpose-built flatshare.

We have a shared living room and two balconies (kitchen and living room). So a total of 3 balconies :-D The large balcony is ideal for hanging out together. There is a cellar compartment and a bicycle storage room.

Abschlag für allen Pipapo sind 100 Euro. Du kannst auch gern Schrank und Bett für umme von mir übernehmen.

In den 403 Euro ist Gas, Strom, Internet, alles drin. Ein paar Euros gehen in die WG Kasse, wenn wir mal etwas kaufen müssen.

Wir haben einen Putzplan und halten uns auch gern daran ;)

The compensation payment for all is 100 euros. You are also welcome to take over the wardrobe and bed from me for free.

The 403 euros include gas, electricity, internet, everything. A few euros go to the shared flat if we have to buy something.

We have a cleaning schedule, and we like to stick to it;)
