Die Altbauwohnung ist komplett renoviert. Dein Zimmer ist ca. 14qm groß und hat schöne hohe Decken, mit einer Rosette. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 65 qm groß. Wir teilen uns ein Gemeinschaftszimmer/Esszimmer mit Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten, falls uns mal Gäste besuchen wollen. Badezimmer und Klo sind getrennt voneinander.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Man läuft zum Hauptbahnhof nur circa 4 Minuten und erreicht von dort alle wichtigen Busanbindungen. Direkt um die Ecke sind viele schöne Bars, Restaurants und Cafés in der Neustadt.
Ich bin Zoe, 19 Jahre alt und studiere an der JGU Psychologie. Ich wohne schon seit einem Jahr hier in Mainz und würde mich freuen, wenn wir viel gemeinsam unternehmen würden. In der Wohnung ist noch viel Platz und ich fände es sehr schön, wenn du Lust hättest die Wohnung mit mir zusammen weiter einzurichten.
Es gibt einen Innenhof, in dem wir unsere Fahrräder abstellen können und wir haben ein Kellerabteil. Die Warmmiete beträgt 430€. Dazu kommen nochmal ca. 40€ Strom- und Internetkosten. Die Stromkosten sind davon abhängig, wie viel wir verbrauchen.
