Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche mit Balkon. Das freie Zimmer ist in etwa 15qm groß und durch das ca. 2x2m große Fenster sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und die Decken sind durch den Altbau recht hoch. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, was einen auf jeden Fall fit bleiben lässt ;)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Mainzer Neustadt und somit in bester Lage. Die nächste ÖPNV-Station ist weniger als 5min entfernt und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es gerade einmal 10min zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen auch zu genüge in fußläufiger Nähe. Der Rhein, besonders im Sommer wichtig, ist ebenfalls in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen und sonst gibt es umliegend einige Kneipen.
Hey ho, ich bin Philipp, 27 Jahre alt und studiere Bio-und Umwelttechnik im Master. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport in jeglicher Form. Sonst bin ich auch immer für's Kochen und Bier zu haben. Am Wochenende und hin und wieder auch unter der Woche gehe ich gern mal feiern oder hänge mit Freunden rum. Also all das, was man halt so macht. Gesucht wird also ein/e unkomplizierte/r Mitbewohner/in, die/der für alle Schandtaten zu haben ist.
