Das Zimmer ist 19 m² groß. Es hat Laminatboden, quadratisch und möbliert. Es gibt im Zimmer ein Doppelbett mit Matratze, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Mit 3 größen Fenstern kann man die tolle Sonnenuntergang genießen.
The room is 19 m² and really specious with its laminate flooring. In your room you will have a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk and a chair. Also, you can enjoy nice sunsets with its 3 big windows.
Die Lage ist top. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen der Neustadt. Lessingstraße Straßebahnstelle dauert ca. 3 zu Fuß. Hauptbahnhof dauert 10 Min zu Fuß und 1 Minute mit dem Straßebahn.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Penny und Rossmann sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke, sowie die Sparkasse,Volksbank diverse Bäcker und die Post. Es gibt viele Kiosks, Restaurants, Cafes in der Nähe.
The location of the flat is really good. Lessingstraße tram stop is 3 Min far by walk. Mainz train station is 10 min by walk and 1 min by tram. There are lots of groceries around the corner such as Penny, Rewe, Rossmann wıth post, ATM and bakery options. If you want to go out in 5 minutes you can reach lots of cafes, restaurants, and kiosks.
In der WG bleiben Leon und Hamudy. Das WG-Leben war bisher sehr entspannt, wir sitzen gerne zusammen, aber jeder hat natürlich auch seine Zeit für sich. Vielleicht finden wir ja auch einen gemeinsamen Abend in der Woche, an dem wir zusammen was unternehmen. :)
Leon ist 25 und studiert Lehramt. Er spielt Fußball in seiner Freizeit.
Hamudy, ist 20 und er sucht gerade eine Uni für sein Studium. Er geht in seiner Freizeit ab und zu mal ins FitSevenEleven, das übrigens in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
WG Life is really nice and relaxed. You will live together with Leon and Hamudy. Leon is 25 years old and studying lectureship. Hamudy is 20 years old and he is searching for a program for his bachelor studies at the moment. We like to sit in our cozy living room or cook something in the kitchen together.
Ich werde mindestens für 2 Monate im Ausland aus diesem Grund suche ich ein/e Zwischenmieter/-in für mein gemütliches Zimmer.
In 400 Euro alles drin.
Wenn du Lust hast schreib mir einfach etwas kleines über dich und mit einem Casting können wir einander besser kennen lernen. :)
