I am looking for an ABSOLUTELY NON-SMOKING roommate to share my two-bedroom apartment in Mainz-Neustadt. Your room is 22 sqm for 325€/month (all fees included). The the bedroom is unfurnished, but the apartment includes shared WIFI, and a furnished kitchen (dish washer, washing machine and dryer).

The apartment has a "Frankfurter Bad" (Wash basin and toilet in a small single room. The shower is located in the private rear corner attached to the kitchen).
The house is easy-going and very quiet with friendly neighbors.
The apartment is on the top floor of the house (6th floor). No elevator. No service lift.
I do not have cellar storage, but there is a room in the cellar for bicycles.
Located near Sömmerringplatz.
Directly below is a Nahkauf and a pizzeria.
Within easy walking distance of about 100m is the Synagogenplatz bus stop.
About me: I am an American, living in Mainz. I have lived in Germany for about 8 years and in Mainz for 7 years. I came to Germany from the United States after I finished my bachelors and masters degree studies. I enjoy music of all types and I love art. I am very creative and have an interest in writing, painting, and photography. I am easy to get along with, very clean and respectful. Cleanliness in the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway) is extremely important. I tend to be quiet, but enjoy sharing stories and laughing with life. I make friends easily and enjoy meeting for a coffee or an evening of live music, art exhibitions, or dancing. I have many friends, but I keep my meetings in the city so that the apartment can be a calm and restful space.
You: ABSOLUTELY NON-SMOKING. Clean, friendly, easy going. Good sense of humor. Must be respectful and mindful that the apartment is a shard space living without the rush and noise of the city.
