15 m2 Zimmer in WG mit Katze und Hunden

Wir sind in der Nähe von Goethepark und die Neustadt ist immer sehr lebendig, Cafés, Supermärkte und verschiedene Laden sind in der Umgebung, aber da wir kein Bar neben uns haben, kannst du immer ruhig schlafen. Der Rhein ist 10 Minuten entfernt und die Goethestraße Haltestelle, im max 5 Minuten erreichbar (mit Bus und S-Bahn Linien) bringt dich direkt in der Altstadt oder zum Uni, oder wenn du ein Fahrrad hast, gibt es ein Fahrradstellplatz im Hinterhof.

The Neustadt in Mainz is quite lively and has Cafés, Supermarkets and all sorts of shops near us. However, as we don't have bars or something similar in our street and it's not a main street, the nights are quite peaceful. We live next to the Goethepark, a lovely green area and the nearest Bus and Tram stop connects directly to the city center or to the University. If you have a bicycle, we have a an area for it in the backyard, so you can park it without worries.

Max (Gesichte Student) und ich, Mariana (Haustiersitterin), sind deine Mitbewohnern.
Wir haben fast immer Abendessen zusammen und eine von uns kocht. Das macht spaß, erleichtert die Arbeit beim Kochen und reduziert die Gasnutzung, so es wäre super wenn du auch teilnehmen möchtest, aber muss du nicht. Außer dass, können wir gerne etwas zusammen unternehmen, oder du kannst deine Rühe haben.
Ich bin fast jeden Tag zu Hause mit Katharina, meine Katze, und die Haustiere um die ich mich kümmere, derzeit sind eine Chihuahua und eine Cocker Spaniel, und manchmal kommen anderen Hunden am Wochenende. Die Hunden bleiben in meinem Zimmer, aber Katharina kann überall in der Wohnung gehen. Deswegen brauchen wir jemand, der Haustiere respektiert und mag. Ich bin für alles, was sie machen, verantwortlich und du muss sie nicht in deiner Zimmer erlauben, aber du muss die Tiere einfach respektieren.
Da ich zu Hause am meistens bin, mache ich auch etwa einmal pro Woche die Küche und Badzimmer sauber, aber du muss dein Geschirr immer selbst reinigen und du solltest kein Chaos in den gemeinsamen Bereichen hinter dir lassen, sonst wäre es ein Problem. Wenn du auch die Wohnung saubermachen willst, würde ich dich nicht stoppen. ;)

Max (History student) and me, Mariana (petsitter), are your flatmates. We usually like to have dinner together and one of us cooks for the others (we take turns). This makes the cooking and cleaning lighter, gives us time to chat and relax together after the day and reduces the use of the gas and water, so if you would like to participate in that tradition, that would be great, but you don't have to. We are always open do something together, to drinks to cinema, but if you prefer to have your space and peace, that's also ok with us.
I am almost every day at home with my cat, Katharina, and the pets I look after (currently in the week I usually have a Cocker spaniel and a Chihuahua in the house and in some weekends other dogs come to stay), so we need someone that respects and likes pets. The dogs stay in my room and Katharina is allowed everywhere in the flat (but you can close your door to her and the dogs), and I am responsible for everything they do, so you don't really need to engage with them, but I expect you to respect them.
As I am the most at home, I usually clean the common areas once per week, but you need to clean your own dishes and not leave a complete mess behind you, as I am not a housekeeper either. Of course, if you help with the cleaning, it will be very much appreciated. :)
