Ein Zimmer ab dem 05.09.2023 und das andere zum 01.10.2023.
Beide Zimmer sind 12 -11 Quadratmeter groß. Eins liegt zum ruhigen Innenhof und das andere zur Kaiserstr. mit Blick auf den Dom.
Die Miete von 275 € ist warm incl. Internet etc.pp.
Beide Zimmer sind unmöbliert.
Also die Lage ist top! Die Wohnung liegt in der Kaiserstrasse (Neustadt) und somit in unmittelbarer Hbf-, Rhein- und Bar-Nähe.
Wir sind eine 4er Wg: Filiz (22, Sozio& Philosophie), Emma (22, Medizin), Anas (24) und Lisa (24, Medizin). Lisa zieht zieht zum September Anas zum Oktober aus, sodass insgesamt 2 Zimmer frei werden. Bei uns herrscht ein sehr angenehmes, humorvolles und familiäres Miteinander. Wir machen alle unser Ding, aber trotzdem gehen wir mal zusammen essen, bestellen was oder lassen unseren Tag mit Wein ausklingen.
Wenn man uns kennenlernt sind wir eigentlich ganz liebenswert :-))
