Large WG room in best Neustadt location Großes WG-Zimmer in bester Neustadt-Lage

The situation could not be better! We live directly in the Neustadt am Gartenfeldplatz, just 7 minutes walk from the train station. To whom this is too far - there is also the Lessingstraße stop in about 4 minutes walk. In the immediate vicinity is the N'eis, the Schrebergarten, Fette Henne and the Boppstraße with some bars, a Rossmann & Penny. The Rewe is about 2 minutes walk away, the Aldi at the station is also not far. The new city is definitely the ideal place for living in Mainz.

The Rhine is also only about 10 minutes walk away.

Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein! Wir wohnen direkt in der Neustadt am Gartenfeldplatz, gerade einmal 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Wem das zu weit ist - es gibt auch in ca. 4 min Fußweg die Haltestelle Lessingstraße. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das N'eis, der Schrebergarten, Fette Henne und die Boppstraße mit einigen Bars, einem Rossmann & Penny. Der Rewe ist knapp 2 min zu Fuß weg, der Aldi am Bahnhof ist auch nicht weit. Die Neustadt ist auf jeden Fall der optimale Ort zum Wohnen in Mainz.

Der Rhein ist auch nur ca. 10 min zu Fuß weg.

We live here at 4th - Katrin (29), Shiori (25), Patrick (29) and Jonathan (25, pulls out).
Katrin studies medicine in the 9th Semster, Shiori makes her lecturer in Jura and Patrick works at university. Depending on how it happens in everyday life, we like to meet in the kitchen. We also like to drink a beer/wine on occasion. By the way, we also have a beer table. In the summer, of course, we are happy to be out in the evening at the Rhine or at night in a bar. Generally speaking, we have to say that who wants to move back is just closing the door.

There is also a cleaning plan - everyone puts the apartment once a month. That is, it is sucked once a week, wet wiped, the kitchen areas wiped and the bathroom cleaned. It reminds you of an app :D In it you will also be able to register and distribute it to everyone, such as purchasing oil, spices or toilet paper.

P.S. all rooms are rented individually. So there are no main and sub-renters :)

Wir wohnen hier zu viert - Katrin (29), Shiori (25), Patrick (29) und Jonathan (25, zieht aus).
Katrin studiert Medizin im 9. Semster, Shiori macht ihr Referendariat in Jura und Patrick arbeitet an der Uni. Je nachdem wie es sich im Alltag ergibt, treffen wir uns gerne in der Küche. Außerdem trinken wir bei Gelegenheit gerne ein Bier/Wein zusammen. Übrigens haben wir auch einen Bierpongtisch. Im Sommer sind wir natürlich gerne abends draußen am Rhein oder mal abends in einer Bar. Generell gilt bei uns: wer sich zurückziehen will, macht einfach die Tür zu.

Es gibt außerdem einen Putzplan - jeder putzt einmal im Monat die Wohnung. D.h. es wird einmal die Woche gesaugt, nass gewischt, die Küchenflächen abgewischt und das Bad geputzt. Daran erinnert einen immer eine App :D In der werden auch Erledigungen wie Einkauf von Öl, Gewürzen oder Klopapier eingetragen und auf alle verteilt.

P.S. alle Zimmer werden einzeln vermietet. Es gibt also keine Haupt- und Untermieter :)

The rent including ancillary costs is €305 per month.
The deposit to be deposited once at the landlord is 570€ and also once again 77€ administrative fees are due.

In addition, other costs (Internet, electricity, GEZ) amount to 43€ are incurred. Each pays this monthly to our WG account.

As a discount I would like to have 300 euros (for the recently newly purchased washing machine and dishwasher, as well as the bed that would stay in the room).

The draw-in is possible at 15.06.25.

The castings will probably take place on 25.&26.5.

Die Miete inklusive Nebenkosten beträgt monatlich 305€.
Die bei dem Vermieter einmalig zu hinterlegende Kaution beträgt 570€ und ebenfalls sind noch einmalig 77€ Verwaltungsgebühren fällig.

Darüber hinaus fallen noch sonstige Kosten (Internet, Strom, GEZ) in Höhe von 43€ an. Diese zahlt jeder monatlich auf unser WG-Konto ein.

Als Abschlag hätte ich gerne 300 Euro (für die erst kürzlich neu angeschaffte Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, sowie das Bett, das im Zimmer bleiben würde).

Der Einzug ist zum 15.06.25 möglich.

Die Castings finden vermutlich am 25.&26.5. statt.
