Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, hell und hat eine Dachschräge. Teppich und Schreibtisch sind bereits vorhanden und da die Wohnung meiner Familie gehört, würden wir das Zimmer bei Bedarf möblieren und dafür einen kleinen Abschlag berechnen.
Es gibt eine große, helle, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Ofen, Mikrowelle und hervorragenden Messern, ein großes helles Bad mit Badewanne, Fenstern und der Waschmaschine.
Das Haus hat einen Fahrradkeller, einen privaten Keller, und einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsgarten.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG ohne Aufzug, aber man gewöhnt sich daran.
Die Nebenkosten enthalten Internet, Strom, Gas und Hausgeldanteil und werden als Pauschale berechnet. Im Winter wird der Gaspreis etwas in die Höhe schießen, also werden die Nebenkosten dann etwas angehoben...
The room is comfortable, bright and some of the ceiling is at and angle as the apartment is partially in the attic. It is already equipped with a carpet and desk and as it belongs to my family we are happy to furnish it if needed and spread some of cost over the rental period (Of course we would agree on that so it was fair to both sides).
The kitchen is rather large, bright and very well equipped with an oven, a microwave and excellent knives! The bathroom is comparably large and bright, has a bathtub, windows and a washing machine.
The house has a bicycle cellar, a private cellar and a little garden for everyone to share. The apartment is on the 4th floor and unfortunately the house doesn't have a lift but one gets used to it.
The surcharge covers all house charges, heating, WiFi and electricity. Unfortunately due to the spike in gas prices the costs will have to be raised a bit in winter...
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Neustadt, bei Student*innen das beliebteste Viertel in Mainz. Unprätentiös, entspannt, ruhig und kreativ.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Bushaltestelle Hindenburgplatz nur 2 Minuten. Ein Rewe ist in derselben Strasse (ca 3 Minuten), der nächste Bioladen ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, die Innenstadt ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß und die Universität gut mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen oder in ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Altstadt und Hochschule sind 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt und auch gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Die Neustadt bietet viele gesellige Cafés, große Parks und auch der Rhein ist nur ein paar Minuten die Straße runter.
The apartment is located in the center of the Neustadt, the most popular part of Mainz amongst students. Unpretentious, relaxed, quiet and creative. The main train station is just 5 minutes by foot, the nearest bus stop merely 2. A supermarket (Rewe) is 3 minutes away, the nearest organic super market about 5 minutes, the city center ca. 5-10 minutes by foot and the university easy to reach by public transport (5-10 minutes) or by bike (15-20 minutes). You can reach the old part of town and the university of applied sciences in 10 minutes by bus and ca. 15 minutes by bike. The Neustadt offers many cozy cafés, big parcs and the river is also merely a few minutes down the road.
Ich heiße Anou, bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere eigentlich an der JGU Geschichte und Politikwissenschaften, bin aber momentan aus gesundheitlichen Gründen beurlaubt und konzentriere mich daher viel auf meine Heilung. Ich mache Musik (habe ein Stage-piano, eine Gitarre und Cajon) und Kunst (hauptsächlich Zeichnen), führe gerne tiefgründige Gespräche und interessiere mich für Sprachen, Psychologie, Philosophie, Impro-Theater, Musik, Kunst und andere kreative Beschäftigungen. Ich spreche English, Deutsch, Französisch (B2/C1) und ein bisschen Spanisch.
Mir ist Sauberkeit relativ wichtig, bin aber nicht pedantisch. Ich lege Wert auf eine freundschaftliche Atmosphäre, in der alles offen und ehrlich kommuniziert werden kann.
My name is Anou, I am 23 years old and am studying history and political science at the JGU. I am currently taking some time off though due to health issues. I love making music (I have a stage piano, a guitar and a cajon) and art (mainly drawing) and engaging in deep conversation. My interests lie in the fields of psychology, languages, philosophy, improv theatre, music, art and other (mostly) creative pursuits.
Cleanliness is fairly important to me but I am not pedantic. I value a friendly atmosphere where everything can be openly and honestly communicated.
