Du hast gemütliche 12qm mit einer hohen Decke und einem großen Fenster, welches viel Licht spendet und außerdem Außenjalousien hat, sodass es sich super abdunkeln lässt. Das Zimmer ist zwar eher klein, dafür hat unsere WG ein großes Wohnzimmer, zwei Balkone und ist sonst auch sehr geräumig, sodass du genug Platz haben wirst :) Das Zimmer ist komplett unmöbeliert, du müsstest also deine eigenen Sachen mitbringen ;)
Dadurch, dass es auf den Lessingplatz und nicht an eine viel befahrerene Straße reicht, kann man auch im Sommer gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen, da es hier sehr ruhig und familiär ist. Du hast also wirklich deine Ruhe, trotz super Lage :)
You have a cozy 12 square meters room with high ceilings and a large window, which sheds a lot of light and also has external blinds, so that it can be easily darkened. The room is rather small, but our flat has a large living room, two balconies and is otherwise very large so that you will have enough space :) The room is completely unfurnished, so you can bring your own things
Because it extends to Lessingplatz and not a busy street, you can sleep well with the window open even in summer, as it is very quiet and familiar here. So you really have your peace of mind, despite the great location. :)
Die Haltestelle Lessingstraße und Synagogenplatz sind beide nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Sowohl in der Innenstadt als auch am Hauptbahnhof sowie an der Uni ist man sehr schnell. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im Herzen der Neustadt am ruhigen Lessingplatz. Es gibt einen Rewe direkt vor der Tür, sowie zahlreiche weitere Supermärkte wie Aldi, Penny etc. nur weniger Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die vielen Bars am beliebten Gartenfeldplatz sind schnell zu erreichen. Außerdem ist der Goetheplatz direkt um die Ecke.
The Lessingstrasse and Synagogenplatz stops are both just a few minutes away. It's very quick to get to the city center, the main train station and the university. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Neustadt on the quiet Lessingplatz. There is a Rewe right in front of the door, as well as numerous other supermarkets such as Aldi, Penny etc. just a few minutes' walk away. The many bars on the popular Gartenfeldplatz can also be reached quickly.In addition, Goetheplatz is right around the corner.
Bei uns wohnen aktuell Leoni, Naz und Yannik. Yannik studiert Geographie und Politik auf Lehramt, macht viel Sport und redet leidenschaftlich gern über Politik und anderes. Naz ist unser Energiebündel mit dem grünen Daumen und arbeitet als Forscherin in der Molekularelektronik und macht aktuell ihren PhD. Und Leoni arbeitet als Ärztin, tanzt gerne und ist für jeden Spaß zu haben.
Da Naz kaum deutsch spricht,
wird auch häufig englisch bei uns gesprochen (notfalls mit Händen und Füßen :D). Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, in dem wir gerne zusammen Filme gucken, Spiele spielen oder einfach gemütlich zusammen sind. An Sommerwochenende frühstücken wir gerne zusammen auf dem Balkon oder lassen den Abend bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier gemeinsam ausklingen. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander und freuen uns wenn du gerne am WG-Leben teilnimmst.
Hello, we are Leoni, Naz and Yannik and could not think of a better starting sentence. Yannik studies geography and politics to become a teacher, does a lot of sport and loves to talk about politics and other things. Naz is our bundle of energy with the green thumb and works as a researcher in molecular electronics and is currently doing her PhD. And Leoni is already working in the hospital and is up for everything funny. Since Naz hardly speaks German, English is often spoken here (if necessary with hands and feet :D). We have a large living room where we like to watch movies, play games or just be together. On summer weekends we like to have breakfast together on the balcony or end the evening with a glass of wine or beer. We like to spend time together and would be happy if you like to take part in our little community.
Die Wohnung ist mit 125qm sehr groß: im Winter eignet sich das Wohnzimmer super für Filmabende und im Sommer lässt es sich auf einem der zwei Balkone auch super erholen. :) Wir haben zwei Bäder: einmal ein Gäste-WC und einmal ein Bad inkl. Badewanne. Die Wohnung liegt im 4.OG und wenn dir Treppenlaufen zu anstrengend ist, haben wir auch einen angebauten Aufzug!
Das Zimmer sollte spätestens zum 1. September übernommen werden, da unser Mitbewohner bereits früher auszieht, ist es auch möglich bereits Mitte August einzuziehen, das können wir dann aber nochmal besprechen.
Wir sind ausschließlich auf der Suche nach einer längerfristigen Miete und bitten von Bewerbungen zur Zwischenmiete abzusehen :)
The apartment is very large with 125 square meters: in winter the living room is great for movie evenings and in summer you can relax on one of the two balconies. :) We have two bathrooms: one with a guest toilet and one including a bathtub. The apartment is on the 4th floor and if walking up the stairs is too strenuous for you, we also have an elevator!
The room should be taken by September 1st at the latest, since our roommate is moving out earlier, it is also possible to move in as early as mid-August, but we can then discuss that again.
We are only looking for a long-term rental and ask you to refrain from applications for an interim rental :)
