Dort fahren sowohl Bahnen und Busse zur Uni (4 Haltestellen), zum Hauptbahnhof (2 Haltestellen) und in die Innenstadt (4 Haltestellen). Zudem hat man beim Einkaufen die Wahl zwischen: Norma (1min Gehminute); Aldi und Lidl (5 min); Rewe und Alnatura
(10min) und einem asiatischen Supermarkt (10 min). Zum Rhein
läuft man ca 10 Minuten. Wie überall in der Neustadt gibt es auch unzählige Dönerläden und Cafes in der Umgebung.
