Leider muss mein aktueller Mitbewohner aus beruflichen Gründen umziehen, sodass ich einen neuen Mitbewohner/ eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3 Zimmer Wohnung (72 qm) suche. Was ich an der Wohnung besonders schätze ist, dass sie hell ist, hohe Wände und einen schönen Balkon hat.ZUdem liegt sie total zentrael: 5 Min zum Hbf.,zu Rewe und 10 Min. bis in die Innenstadt. Wenn man will, kann auch eine Garage angemietet werden.
Nun zu mir: ich bin recht unkompliziert, mittlerweile auch berufstätig und 3 Jahre WG erfahren. In meiner Freizeit unternehme ich häufig was, jedoch habe ich auch kein Problem damit einfach mal nichts zu machen. Da ich wie gesagt schon berufstätig bin, sollte es keine völlige "Party WG" werden, aber ab und an, finde ich es auch sehr nett. Falls ihr Interesse habt, kommt einfach mal vorbei und schaut euch die Wohnung an-ich würde mich freuen.
