ich werde für zwei Monate im Praktikum sein und biete mein kleines aber feines möbliertes WG-Zimmer in einem Haus zur Zwischenmiete an :)
Neben dem Zimmer gibt es auch eine Kammer, die inklusive ist und mit einem Schrank für Kleider (Bild 6+7).
Die Miete ist 340€ warm mit Internet und allem.

I will be off for two months volunteer working and offer my small but nice and furnished room in a house for an interim rent.
Besides the room I have a chamber, with a wardrobe for clothes (Picture 6+7).
The rent will be 340€ with internet and everything.
Das WG-Haus liegt in Mainz-Oberstadt, in einer ruhigen Gegend, in der Nähe von der Uni-Klinik und mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten zur Universität.
Wir haben einen schönen Garten und Gartenhäuschen, wo wir unter anderem unsere Fahrräder abstellen.
Außerdem wohnen wir an einer Straße, an der man sein Auto abstellen kann.
The shared house is located in Mainz-Oberstadt in a quiet neighborhood, near the Uni-clinik and 10-15 minutes to the university with the bike.
We have a beautiful garden and garden shed, where we store our bikes. You can also park a car on the street, if you have on.
Neben dir werden noch drei andere Mitbewohnis zusammen im Haus leben. Einmal Pascal (25), der eine Ausbildung zum Sozialassistent macht und Franzi (31), die Flugbegleiterin ist und dementsprechend manchmal mehrere Tage weg ist, aber auch viel Zuhause ist und sich hauptsächlich um den Hund Pepito kümmert.
Wer die dritte Mitbewohnerin sein wird, wissen wie noch nicht, weil bei uns eine Mitbewohnerin ausziehen wird und wir noch nicht fix wissen, wer einziehen wird.
Besides you, there will be three other housemates. There is Pascal (25), who does an apprentice for a social assistant and there is Franzi (31), who is a flight attendant and sometimes a couple of days abroad, but also many days at home and cares primarily for thr dog Pepito.
Who the third housemate will be, is not sure, because another housemate is moving away, the time you will be here and we have no new housemate for her yet.
Damit du dich wohlfühlst, mache ich dir gerne Platz, Hänge bei Bedarf die Bilder ab, werde dann aber etwas Stauraum in der Kammer einnehmen müssen (die ist aber ziemlich breit). Ansonsten haben wir auch einen Keller und Gartenhäuschen, wo du Dinge lagern kannst.
In meinem Zimmer kannst du den Fernseher und DJ-Controller gerne nach belieben benutzen, ich habe keine Pflanzen und auch sonst nichts, worum du dich kümmern brauchst, außer vielleicht manchmal um unseren süßen WG-Hund, Pepito^^
To make you feed comfortable, I will give you space for your clothes and stuff. Also I can put down my pictures and store them in the big chamber. You can also store you stuff in there, the basement or the garden shed.
In my room, you can use my TV and DJ-Controller if you want. I have no plants or else to care about, but maybe sometimes our sweet house-dog, Pepito^^
