da ich selbst in einer anderen Stadt zur Zwischenmiete unterkomme, um die neue Stadt besser kennen zu lernen, suche ich jemanden der in Januar und Februar auf mein Zimmer aufpasst. Hier ein Video dazu:

Für den Start habt ihr eine Menge Möbel, die ich größtenteils leergemacht habe, damit ihr Platz habt für eigene Sachen. Zum Zimmer gehört ein Wintergarten, der es noch entspannter macht.
Die Miete beträgt 460€ pro Monat. Da ich bereits jetzt nicht in Mainz bin würde ich mich über Videocalls und einfache Abwicklung freuen. Eine Besichtigung Vorort ist aber auch möglich.
