Ich (w, 33) suche ab dem 01.06.2015 eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in für meine 2½ ZKB-Wohnung in einem gepflegtem Mehrfamilienhaus in der Mainzer Oberstadt. Die helle und renovierte Wohnung hat insgesamt 68 m2, verfügt über eine Einbauküche (Herd mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombination), ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, einen Balkon, eine Tiefgarage und einen Kellerraum. Internet- sowie Festnetzflatrate vorhanden. Gute Autobahnanbindung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurant/Imbiss in unmittelbarer Nähe. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Uniklinik und 1 Minute Entfernung zum Vincenz-Krankenhaus. Straßenbahn- (50, 51, 52) und Bushaltestellen (62, 63, 70, 71) befinden sich direkt am Haus. Innenstadt in 5 Minuten , Bahnhof in 10 und Uni in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kaltmiete für das freie 18 m2 Zimmer beträgt 325€ (+ 75€ Nebenkosten).
Ab dem 01.08.2015 werde ich aus beruflichen Gründen ausziehen. Wer interesse hat, müsste ab dem 01.08.2015 Hauptmieter werden.
