Das Zimmer ist ca.13,5 Quadratmeter groß. Der Boden besteht aus PVC. Das Fenster ist ein Doppelfenster, geschlossen ist es ruhig im Zimmer. Im Sommer ist das Zimmer schön kühl, im Winter wird es dank der Heizung schnell warm.
Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kabelanschluss. Die Möbel werden alle mitgenommen.
Der angegebene Betrag für Kaltmiete entspricht der Gesamtmiete mit allem inklusive (Strom, Internet, Heizung, GEZ)!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der katholischen Hochschule bzw des Arbeitsamtes. Die Uni ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar, der Hauptbahnhof und die Uniklink in ca. 10 Minuten. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Uniklinik) ist ebenfalls in ca.10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Bahnhaltstelle der 52 ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar.
Wir sind eine 3-er WG, meine Mitbewohner Christian (26) und Daniel (31) studieren beide in Darmstadt im Master. Da beide neben dem Studium auch arbeiten, ist es bei uns entspannt und ruhig. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber jeder hat natürlich seinen eigenen Freundeskreis. Trotzdem trifft man sich abends mal in der Küche und quatscht miteinander.
Gesucht wird eine nette, offene und entspannte Person mit WG-Erfahrung (Lärm, Sauberkeit etc.).
