Hallo :) Wir sind Sarah (27, Lehramtsstudentin) und Danar (28, Arzt), zwei Freunde und wohnen zusammen in einer WG. Sarah geht für 1 oder 2 Semester ins Ausland mit Erasmus, wodurch ihr Zimmer für 6 bzw. ggf. sogar 12 Monate frei wird.
Gesamtpreis: 450€/ Monat (inkludiert Nebenkosten, Miete der Möbel, Internet, Rundfunkgebühren).
Das Zimmer ist hell und die Möbel sind in einem super Zustand. Sarahs persönlichen Sachen kommen natürlich noch weg.
Von dem Balkon aus hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick, besonders nachts.
Restliche Wohnung: Die Küche ist recht neu und es gibt alles, was man so braucht (+ großer Esstisch mit 3 bequemen Sesseln). Das geräumige Bad verfügt über eine große Dusche.

Hello :) We are Sarah (27, student teacher) and Danar (28, doctor), two friends and live together in a shared apartment. Sarah goes abroad for 1 or 2 semesters with Erasmus, her room is free for 6 or possibly even 12 months. Total price: 450 € / month (including ancillary costs, rental of furniture, internet, radio fees). The room is bright and the furniture looks nice. Sarah's personal belongings will of course still be removed. From the balcony you have a very nice view, especially at night. Remaining apartment: The kitchen is quite new and there is everything you need (+ large dining table with 3 comfortable armchairs). The spacious bathroom has a large shower. Super Verkehrsanbindung, Bushaltestelle 3 Minuten entfernt. Haltestelle "Universitätsmedizin". Super schnell ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, ca. 10 Minuten. Tolle Parks vor der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist auf dem Campus der Unimedizin. Vor unserer Haustür ist direkt ein Supermarkt. Außerdem gibt es auch einen Getränkemarkt und eine Apotheke direkt vor der Tür.
Sarah: Mitbewohner ist Danar. Er ist 28 und extrem nett, sauber und sympathisch. Er kann Deutsch und Englisch sprechen, mag interessante Gespräche, Kochen und lernt gern neue Menschen und Kulturen kennen. Ihn kann man nur mögen! Er geht gern spazieren und liebt Sprachen. Außerdem macht es total Spaß mit ihm über alles mögliche zu quatschen, er hat immer eine tolle Geschichte zu erzählen.
