Hi, ich bin Leon, 21 Jahre alt und studiere Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der JGU. Da ich im Herbst für ein Auslandssemester nach Verona ziehe, suche ich jemanden, der von September bis März ein WG Zimmer in Mainz braucht.
Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und durch weiße Wände und weißen Boden sehr schön hell. Es ist mit Kommode, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Kleiderstange und Bett (ohne Matratze!) ausgestattet.Es gibt einen geräumigen Flur, in den ohne Probleme ein Bierpongtisch passt, eine große Küche und einen Balkon zum Hintergarten, von dem uns auch ein Stück gehört :)
Wir wohnen hier zu viert, jedes Zimmer ist ziemlich groß, das heißt jeder kann sich problemlos mal zurückziehen.
Die Wohnung an sich liegt quasi direkt gegenüber der Universitätsmedizin, vom Hauptbahnhof bist du mit dem Bus in vier Minuten bei uns, zu Fuß sind es ca. zehn Minuten zu laufen. Und vom Hauptbahnhof kommt man leicht und schnell über all in die Stadt . Zur Uni ist der Weg dementsprechend auch nicht weit und man braucht ca. 15. Min.
Wir wohnen hier zu viert, jedes Zimmer ist ziemlich groß, das heißt jeder kann sich problemlos mal zurückziehen. Ansonsten sind wir aber eine sehr gesellige WG, machen vieles zusammen und verstehen uns super. Wir laden am Wochenende auch gerne mal ein paar Freunde ein. Du solltest also bestenfalls offen und kontaktfreudig sein. Mit dir wohnen hier dann Julian (21, Jura), Yannis (21, Pharmazie) und Dominic (21, Informatik). Alle drei total freundlich und cool :)

Hi, I’m Leon and I study business and economics at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. As I will be spending my next semester in Verona, I am looking for someone to move into my room from September 2022 to March 2023.
The room is about 20qm and very bright. I will leave most of my furniture (wardrobe, desk, couch, clothing racket and bet - without mattress though). The apartment is located very conveniently in Oberstadt, Mainz, the bus ride to Mainz Main Station takes about 4 minutes. From there it takes you five-ten minutes to get to uni. The apartment has a big hallway, kitchen and balcony and there’s even a small part of the garden that we can use. You will be living here with Julian, Yannis and Dominik. All three of them are laid back and cool. We do lots together, like cooking or playing beer pong. On weekends we also like to invite people over. All the rooms are quite big so you can always have your alone time when you feel like it. But we’d love it if you would bring some openness and motivation as we are definitely more friends than roommates :)
