Unfortunately, I have to leave the city at short notice and hence my single room apt is ready for sub-letting. This a full-furnished single person flat with kitchen and bathroom and common washing machine. You would have a bed with mattress, 2 tables with chair, 1 wardrobe, 2 side tables - so, no need to worry about buying any furniture for your stay. Nearest supermarket : 5 min walk to Aldi and EDEKA. You also have BAUHAUS, just behind the room, and less of city noise. You can rent the flat for short periods or long term!
The flat can be rented by anyone (no restrictions!!-non-students are allowed)

Leider muss ich die Stadt kurzfristig verlassen, und deshalb ist mein Einzelzimmerapartment zur Untervermietung bereit. Dabei handelt es sich um eine voll möblierte Ein-Personen-Wohnung mit Küche und Bad. Sie hätten ein Bett mit Matratze, 2 Tische mit Stuhl, 1 Kleiderschrank, 2 Beistelltische - Sie brauchen sich also keine Gedanken über den Kauf von Möbeln für Ihren Aufenthalt zu machen. Nächster Supermarkt : 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu Aldi und EDEKA. Sie haben auch BAUHAUS, direkt hinter dem Zimmer, und weniger Stadtlärm. Sie können die Wohnung für kurze oder lange Zeiträume mieten!
Die Wohnung kann von jedermann gemietet werden (keine Einschränkungen!!)
