Hallo! Ich werde ab nächsten Jahr nach Mainz ziehen. Dafür möchte ich eine WG (2+) gründen, denn gemeinsam kann man sich mehr Platz, eine schönere Wohnung und sogar eine Putzfrau leisten. Die Idee: gemeinsam eine grosse, gut ausgestattete Wohnung anmieten. Balkon/Terasse ist für mich ein Muss, Altbau wäre schön, und wenn möglich für jeden ein eigenes Bad.
Ich komme selbst aus der Schweiz und arbeite als Nachhaltigkeitsentwicklerin hier in Deutschland. Ich lege wert auf ein gut funktionierendes Zusammenleben in einer sauberen und gepflegten Wohnung. Ich mag Besuch, gutes Essen, guten Wein und verrückte Aktionen draussen! Ich bin viel unterwegs und erlebe gerne Neues. Ich würde mich als eher alternativ und sozial/ökologisch bewusst bezeichnen. Ich bin sehr tolerant gegenüber unterschiedlichen Lebensstilen, solange die gemeinsame Kommunikation funktioniert.
Falls jemand ähnliche Bedürfnisse wie ich ans Leben hat, und sich vorstellen kann, gemeinsam eine wahnsinns-Wohnung anzumieten: ich freue mich, zusammenzusitzen und Ideen auszurauschen!

I will move to Mainz 2020 and I am looking for people interested in renting a shared flat together (2+). I‘ve been looking at flats for myself but I believe it is more beneficial to find a beautiful, big and exclusive flat together. And it would be possible to afford a cleaning service :-). A big balcony/terrace would be am MUST for me and if possible 2(+) bathrooms.
I am originally from Switzerland and moved to Germany to work as a sustainability developer. Since I am working and travelling a lot, I value a nice, clean and spacious flat and good company to share a meal, good wine or time to something new. I would consider myself as alternative, socially & ecologically concious. I am tolerant and appreciate different ways of living as long as the communication works.
