Hallo, Jan und ich möchten eine WG gründen und gibt noch 2 Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Bahnhof und es ist alles frisch renoviert.
Die Zimmern sind 17m2, gibt 2 Dusche mit Bad. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett.
Die Besichtigung wäre am Sonntag 17.05 zwischen 9-12Uhr.
Ich bin Musikstudent und möchte gerne mit unkomplizierten Leuten wohnen.
Es wird auf Deutsch, englisch, französisch oder spanisch gesprochen, also Kommunikation ist uns sehr wichtig.
