Friendly and clean guy lookin for a room in Mainz or Wiesbaden

I am in Germany since February 2017, living and working in Wiesbaden. I have to change my room in Wiesbaden in July and therefore, I am looking for a room in shared flat or 1-room apartment to rent. It will be for 6 months but pobably for longer term is my company renews my contract, whihc I hope. Both Wiesbaden and Mainz are ok for me, as I like the 2 cities but I want to be located to walking distance form HBF

I do not speak german yet but learning it, and I am quiet and sociable. I would like to find a flat with nice and open people, where I can keep my privacy but also share some nice moments with my flatmates. I m not looking for a full-time party flat, but also not for a dead one. I prefer people working or doing internship, as i assume that twe will have similar rythms and lifestyle.

I am 35 years old, but used to live and spend time with younger people, so for me age is not a problem. I finished my master last year in Amsterdam, and I started my bachelors when I was 28 years old, so used to have frinds 5 or 10 years younger.

I am very open minded, quite used to travel and meet new people from different countries. I am looking for a shared flat because I think is a good way tomeet new people and have some social life, but I would also be open to rent an individual apartment if price is affordable with my salary.
