Hello :) I offer a room in a very cozy and fully furnished apartment in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station to the sub-rental / takeover. As I go abroad and after my arrival (very likely) will accept another offer, my room is available first from 06.06.2025. To my person: I am 26 years old and study English and Sport at the Master's Teaching Office. In my spare time, I am driving a lot of sport (fitness sports, endurance sports, ball sports, etc.), but it is not about me here, but you would have the opportunity to live together with a thoughtful, respectful, funny and very nice young lady who is to have fun or any activity. Like any person, she sometimes needs her rest, but without agreement and respect, a WG life does not work anyway. The apartment is very tidy and clean as we are both.
The furniture in my room is relatively old but very well preserved. Since my bed has recently broken, there is this sleeping couch that I currently use for sleeping. I'd like to let ALL UMSONST in it, or dispose of it before your move. I would be happy if you could give me feedback on the furniture so I can plan a little!

Hallo zusammen :) Ich biete ein Zimmer in einer sehr gemütlichen und vollständig möblierten Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof zur Untermiete/Übernahme an. Da ich ins Ausland gehe und nach meiner Ankunft (sehr wahrscheinlich) ein anderes Angebot annehmen werde, steht mein Zimmer zuerst ab dem 06.06.2025 zur Verfügung. Zu meiner Person: Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und studiere Englisch und Sport auf Lehramt im Master. In meiner Freizeit treibe ich sehr viel Sport (Fitnesssport, Ausdauersport, Ballsportarten usw.), aber um mich geht es hier gar nicht, sondern ihr hättet die Möglichkeit mit einer rücksichtsvollen, respektvollen, lustigen und sehr netten jungen Dame zusammenzuwohnen, die für jeden Spaß oder für jegliche Aktivitäten zu haben ist. Wie jeder Mensch, braucht auch sie manchmal ihre Ruhe, aber ohne Absprache und Respekt funktioniert ein WG-Leben sowieso nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und sauber, genauso wie wir beide es sind.
Die Möbel in meinem Zimmer sind relativ alt, jedoch sehr gut erhalten. Da mein Bett vor kurzem kaputt gegangen ist, steht dort diese Schlafcouch, die ich derzeit zum Schlafen benutze. Ich ALLES gerne UMSONST drin lassen, oder ggf. vor deinem Einzug entsorgen. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ihr mir zu den Möbeln kurz Feedback geben könntet damit ich ein wenig planen kann!
