As we move out from our 2nd WG in the student residence Campo Novo, we are looking for two nice and equally large WG rooms.
to the apartment:
Both WG rooms are 21 m2 and are identical.
The apartment has a common bathroom and a kitchen used by both parties.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge two hobs and a microwave with baking function.
In addition, there is a spacious balcony to the courtyard, accessible from both rooms.
The apartment is rented unfurnished – the furniture on the pictures serves only for illustration.
A router for internet use is provided by Campo Novo and is included in the rent.
Building:
It is a modern new building with bicycle parking and cellar.
Parking spaces for cars and motorcycles are available in the underground car park (sold separately).

Da wir zum 01.06. aus unserer 2er-WG im Studentenwohnheim Campo Novo ausziehen, suchen wir Nachmieter für zwei schöne und gleich große WG-Zimmer.
zur Wohnung:
Beide WG-Zimmer sind 21 m² groß und baugleich.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein gemeinsames Badezimmer sowie eine Küche, die von beiden Parteien genutzt wird.
Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank zwei Herdplatten und einer Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion ausgestattet.
Zusätzlich gibt es einen großzügigen Balkon zum Innenhof, der von beiden Zimmern aus zugänglich ist.
Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet – die Möbel auf den Bildern dienen lediglich zur Veranschaulichung.
Ein Router zur Internetnutzung wird vom Campo Novo gestellt und ist in der Miete inklusive.
Gebäude:
Es handelt sich um einen modernen Neubau mit Fahrradstellplätzen und Keller.
In der Tiefgarage stehen Stellplätze für PKW und Motorräder zur Verfügung (separat anmietbar).

Campo Novo is close to the main railway station, which is easily accessible on foot. Directly in front of the building is a bus stop, and an S-Bahn station is just a 5-minute walk away. This offers a direct connection to the university. Directly opposite Campo Novo there is also a gym that can be used by tenants on discounted conditions. At the main railway station there are shops such as ALDI and REWE.
Das Campo Novo liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof, der bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Direkt vor dem Gebäude befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, und eine S-Bahn-Station ist nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Diese bietet unter anderem eine direkte Verbindung zur Universität. Direkt gegenüber des Campo Novo befindet sich zudem ein Fitnessstudio, das von Mietern zu vergünstigten Konditionen genutzt werden kann. Am Hauptbahnhof gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ALDI und REWE.
