Hallo,
ich suche eine/n NachmieterIn für mein ca 12 m² großes Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim.
Mein Zimmer ist hell und mit Schreibtisch, Bett, Schrank, Regal und Waschbecken möbliert.
Die WG hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und jeweils einen kleinen Raum für Dusche/Toilette.
Im Wohnheim befindet sich außerdem ein Wasch- und ein Fahrradkeller.
Die Miete beträgt 270€, darin enthalten sind allerdings nicht nur Wasser und Strom, sondern auch TV und Internet.
Leider wird eine Kaution von 500€ fällig, die ist im Wohnheim einheitlich.
Das Wohnheim liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Almenhof und ist nicht weit entfernt vom Rhein, dem Waldpark und einem Strandbad.
Dennoch kommst du innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof oder ins Stadtzentrum. Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle. So brauchst du nur 7 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 15 min zum Stadtzentrum.
Du würdest in einer 3er WG mit zwei Mitbewohnerinnen wohnen.
Du musst immatrikuliert sein, da es ein Zimmer vom Studentenwerk ist und du müsstest persönlich nach Mannheim kommen um den Vertrag zu unterschreiben, da die Übernahme aus bürokratischen Gründen sonst leider nicht zum 01.Oktober möglich ist.
