Die Wohnung liegt im 5ten und höchsten Stock des Gebäudes. Das Zimmer entspricht dem gängigen Standard. Es hat ein eigenes Waschbecken, und Spiegel, zwei große Schränke, eine Kommode, 2 Stühle und ein Schreibtisch, zuzüglich des Bettes. Ich kann bei Bedarf auch meinen Teppich/ Das Fenster ist zur Straße raus und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf das BASF-Industriegebiet.
Das B7-Wohnheim ist sehr nah an der Universität, es dauert gerade mal 2 Minuten um zur nächsten Bibliothek zu kommen, 5 Minuten bis zur Mensa, 6 zum Barockschloss. ÖPNV sind mit der Station Rheinstraße auch nur 2 minuten entfernt. Insgesamt ist B7 eins der, bzw. das zentralste Wohnheim der Stadt.
Es handelt sich um eine Studenten-WG, mit entsprechender lockerer Atmosphäre, im kleinen Kreis. Man trifft sich täglich in der Küche, die Dusche ist auch geteilt.
Wir sind eine gemischte WG (Mädchen & Jungs).
Und eine dynamische WG (jedes Semester neue Mitbewohner).
Es wird hier auf Sauberkeit geachtet, insbesondere was die Dusche/Küche angeht!
Der Mieter muss Student sein.
