Hey, we are Vero and Teresa and are looking for a new flatmate for Teresa, since I'm leaving to study in my masters in Berlin. The room is big and bright, it's facing the Schillerplatz, so it has a very nice view on the park. The apartement is cozy and has a nice bathroom and a kitchen with space to eat. The neighbors are very unproblematic and the landlord is very nice and ready to help.
The location is very central, in the middle of Quadrate, 5 minutes on foot from Paradeplatz in one direction and Schloss/the University in the other. The Rhein and Jungbusch are also very easy to reach, 10-15 min on foot. Very close there are several supermarkets, cafés and Public transport stations.
You will be living with Teresa, she is currently studying Dance at the Hoschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Mannheim. She is a very nice, laidback and fun roommate, with a passion for Dance, Music and playing the Guitar. Teresa comes from Italy, speaks german but prefers english, so it would be great if you spoke either Italian or english to have the best experience in the flat :)
