wir sind eine 3er WG und suchen einen Mieter für ein 15qm großes Zimmer in den Mannheimer Quadraten. Die Wohnung ist 78qm groß. Alle Zimmer sind in etwa gleich groß, es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche sowie ein Bad.
Wir sind gut ausgerüstet: Spül- und Waschmaschine, Trockner und alle möglichen Utensilien.
Das Zimmer wird zum 01. November frei, evtl. auch etwas früher.
Kostenpunkt: 300 Euro alles in allem. Darin sind auch eine Festnetztelefon- und eine Internetflatrate enthalten.
10 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof, 2 Minuten zur Uni und den Bahnhaltestellen.
Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig.
Übernahmepreis für Geräte (Trockner, Waschmaschine etc.), Küche und Einrichtung: 200 Euro. Kaution: 500 Euro.
