Das Zimmer ist sehr schön geschnitten und man kann sich sehr gut einrichten. Es ist momentan möbliert (Bett+ Matratze, Schrank, Regal und Schreibtisch) und du kannst gerne die Möbel günstig übernehmen.
Die beiden WG-Zimmer sind gleich groß. Bad und Küche werden geteilt.Das Bad ist weiß gefliest und ist ein Tageslichtbad. Die Küche ist ebenfalls komplett möbliert mit Tisch, Kühlschrank, Regal und natürlich eine Küche mit Backofen, Herd und Spüle.
Weiterhin gibt es einen sehr großen Dachboden und einen kleinen Abstellraum.
Die Wohnung liegt in dem Quadrat K2 in Mannheim und damit genau in der Innenstadt. Man ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten an der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Abendakademie oder Marktplatz) und kann sehr schnell die Einkaufstraße, Supermärkte und die Uni erreichen.
Das WG-Leben spielt sich hauptsächlich in unserer Küche ab, wo man gemütlich zusammen sitzen und gemeinsam kochen kann.:)
