We are living in the top floor but you can place your bed under the slope and still have a lot of space. There is always daylight due to the diagonal window. We have two toilets and a kitchen with a dish and laundry machine. *I will take all furniture with me, so you would need to bring your own stuff!*
Wir wohnen unter dem Dach, aber unter die Schräge kann man super ein Bett stellen und es ist immer noch viel Platz. Durch das Dachfenster ist es den ganzen Tag schön hell. Wir haben zwei Toiletten und eine Küche mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine. *Aus meinem Zimmer nehme ich alle Möbel mit, du müsstest dich also selbst einrichten!*
The location is absolutely perfect! You walk two minutes to the Marktplatz, five to the riverside of the Neckar, ten to the castle/university and twenty to the central train station. You will love to walk or go by bike wherever you want to!
Die Lage ist absolut perfekt! Zu Fuß zwei Minuten zum Marktplatz, fünf Minuten zu den Neckarwiesen, zehn Minuten zum Schloss, zwanzig Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Du wirst es lieben, alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen zu können!
We really got along well as a flat-sharing community. We often sit in the kitchen chatting and occasionally do something together. Hence, it would be great if you were open-minded and communicative.
Wir haben uns als WG sehr gut verstanden, sitzen oft in der Küche und quatschen und unternehmen auch öfter etwas zusammen. Deshalb wäre es gut, wenn du offen und kommunikativ bist.
