I just got a chance to do my Ph.D so I have to leave this place immediately. This place is exactly in between Uni and Hbf. The uni and Hbf is hardly 3/4 minutes walking distance. The city center is around 7/8 minutes walking distance. Uni library is 7/8 minutes by walking.

Heating cost: 20 Euros pm ( only during winter i.e, Nov/Dec- March/April)

The place has a big common kitchen in the ground floor, Big common room for sitting, watching TV or eating etc,
Just next to the living room is the Bad and Toilet as good as attached one.
I think its the best location for students or intern/praktikant and also for working people..
Best transport connections in Mannheim. The market place is well within short walking distance.
